Director of Finance and Operations

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time salaried Director of Finance and Operations, this remote position will manage the organization's financial resources, oversee accounting and human resources functions, and provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain effective internal controls across multiple entities
• Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, employee benefits, and policy implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA certification is desirable
• 5+ years of financial and operations leadership experience in a multi-entity nonprofit environment
• Hands-on experience managing operations and HR functions
• Proven experience leading annual audits
• Proficiency with NetSuite and Paylocity software
