Director of Finance and Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing remote organization, the full-time salaried Director of Finance and Operations will own financial strategy, oversee people operations, and manage IT systems while driving sustainable growth and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis, investor reporting, and board-level presentations
• Oversee the People Ops function, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR policy management
• Manage IT and systems administration, including SaaS tool governance and vendor relationships

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a leadership finance role, preferably in the tech/SaaS sector
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Experience collaborating with executive teams on strategic decision-making
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, such as Salesforce and Quickbooks
• Strong communication skills to convey complex financial insights into actionable strategies
