Director of Finance Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Finance Business Partner to lead strategic financial oversight for Technology and Corporate cost structures across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance business partnering agenda, providing enterprise-level insight and decision support
• Own monthly financial performance reviews and forward-looking analysis for senior leadership
• Set direction for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior finance leadership, FP&A, or finance business partnering roles
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a matrixed environment
• Proven track record of partnering with executive-level stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert financial information into actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
