Director of Finance Business Systems

Job Summary

Leading the vision and roadmap for finance technology, the full-time Director of Finance Business Systems will manage a team of analysts, drive enterprise finance transformation initiatives, and ensure compliance with SOX and ITGC standards, all while collaborating closely with Finance leadership in a remote-eligible role.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Finance Systems roadmap across various financial platforms and integrations
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, establishing direction and enhancing execution quality
• Drive enterprise finance transformation programs, managing scope, timelines, and cross-functional alignment

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in Finance Systems, Business Technology, or Enterprise Applications with director-level experience
• Deep, hands-on NetSuite experience at a publicly traded company
• Proven end-to-end ownership of major finance technology transformations
• Strong knowledge of Finance value streams and ability to translate requirements into architecture
• Demonstrated SOX/ITGC expertise in finance systems
