Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis, including budget development and forecasting
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders and ensure compliance with audits and regulations
• Oversee financial operations and lead the finance team, ensuring effective collaboration across departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• At least 6+ years of progressive finance experience, particularly in budgeting and forecasting
• Experience in charter school, education, or non-profit financial management
• Familiarity with audit standards and accounting software
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
