Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• Deep knowledge of finance operations, financial reporting, and management accounting
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and data quality management
• Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
