Director of Finance - FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Finance - FP&A (Global Technology & Business Services).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team, ensuring talent development and management
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for P&L and capital
• Provide financial insights and analytics to senior leaders for improved decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant finance or FP&A experience preferred
• Experience as an FP&A business partner for functional segment leaders, ideally in IT or R&D
• Experience in a highly matrixed environment or public company preferred
• Management experience, especially overseeing remote teams, is a plus
• Demonstrated experience serving as a trusted partner to management
