Director of Finance Integration

Job Summary

Leading finance-led business integration initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Finance Integration will manage post-acquisition integration planning and execution, aligning business operations and financial processes to achieve strategic and financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive integration plans, coordinating multiple functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Lead the Finance integration workstream, ensuring readiness and successful integration of financial processes and reporting
• Establish integration governance, monitor progress, and provide executive leadership with timely recommendations and decision support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or M&A integration
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving organizational change
• Proven project/program management skills across multiple workstreams
• Strong understanding of finance and operational processes affected by M&A activities
