Job Summary
Leading client invoicing operations, the full-time salaried Director of Finance Integration & Operations will oversee the invoicing and finance team while driving strategic financial initiatives and ensuring operational excellence in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the client invoicing and finance team, ensuring accurate and timely billing processes
- Lead finance integration activities related to acquisitions and process standardization across teams
- Support cross-functional finance initiatives by developing project plans and monitoring performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
- A minimum of 7+ years' experience in finance and/or accounting
- Six Sigma certification preferred
- Experience in project management and workflow enhancement
- Proven ability to collaborate with billing, operations, and technology teams
