Director of Finance Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance Operations and FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a disciplined global month-end close and ensure GAAP-compliant consolidated financials
• Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable cycles with timely processing and controls
• Build and automate management reporting and deliver Excel-based analyses to support leadership decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive Accounting/Finance experience with strong GAAP knowledge
• 3+ years of people management experience with a focus on coaching and process building
• Advanced Excel skills, including models and repeatable reporting
• Experience in professional services or project-based business environments
