Director of Finance Operations

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Director of Finance Operations, this full-time remote position will manage end-to-end billing, invoicing, and collections while optimizing revenue processes and systems for a growing SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own billing, invoicing, collections, and payment reconciliation across various customer segments and revenue streams
• Design and improve quote-to-cash processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance billing accuracy and operational efficiency
• Serve as the primary business owner of NetSuite, configuring workflows and supporting integrations to ensure effective billing operations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Billing Operations, Finance Operations, or Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
• 5+ years managing a billing or finance operations function
• Deep hands-on expertise with NetSuite, including configuring billing workflows and reporting
• Demonstrated experience with multiple revenue streams such as SaaS subscriptions and consumption-based billing
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of process improvement
