Director of Finance Operations
Job Summary
To support a growing finance team, the remote Director of Finance Operations will manage financial strategy and business partnerships, focusing on operations finance, performance management, and commercial profitability while leading a finance analyst team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to business leaders, providing insights into revenue, gross margin, and profitability
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, improving forecast accuracy and supporting budgeting processes
- Develop financial systems and reporting tools to enhance data integrity and automate reporting processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in operations finance, commercial finance, or related business partnership roles
- 3+ years of experience leading teams or cross-functional finance initiatives
- Strong financial modeling skills and experience with forecasting and gross margin analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and Power BI; experience with automation and data analytics preferred
