Director of Finance Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance Planning and Analysis to lead the Corporate FP&A function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the company's financial planning process, including annual, quarterly, and monthly planning and reporting
• Manage a team of business partners interfacing with C-level executives for expense management
• Prepare financial presentations for investors and analyze financial problems to inform strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, with 5 years of team management experience
• Demonstrated experience building financial models for specific business needs
• Experience with financial reporting and forecasting tools like Anaplan or NetSuite
• Proven ability to translate complex financial results into actionable recommendations for non-financial stakeholders
• Success in hiring, developing, and mentoring high-performing finance professionals
