Director of Finance Process

Job Summary

Leading the optimization and governance of Workday's global Source to Pay value stream, the full-time remote Director of Finance Process will manage end-to-end processes including supplier onboarding, sourcing, contract management, and payments while driving transformation initiatives and ensuring compliance across Finance and Procurement teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive delivery of transformation program workstreams, ensuring alignment with success metrics such as procurement savings and cycle time optimization
• Define and evolve global end-to-end process standards for the Source to Pay value stream, ensuring seamless integration across various stakeholders
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance spend visibility, policy compliance, and overall supplier experience

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Source to Pay, Finance Transformation, or a related discipline
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred
• Deep functional knowledge of supplier management, procurement, and related accounting and tax implications
• Proven experience with ERPs/Sourcing/Procurement Platforms, particularly Workday Financial Management
• Strong understanding of financial controls, risk management, and audit requirements
