Director of Finance Solutions

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time remote Director of Finance Solutions will partner with the CFO to define a multi-year finance roadmap, drive enterprise-wide initiatives for operational scalability, and enhance decision-support capabilities through automation and advanced analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO to execute a finance roadmap aligned with corporate strategies and growth objectives
• Lead complex, cross-functional programs to improve performance and drive meaningful business impact
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability in program portfolio management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance operations or enterprise change leadership
• Proven track record in leading large-scale finance programs within high-growth organizations
• Experience with finance technologies, automation platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
