Director of Finance Strategy

Job Summary

To enhance the finance function in a growing organization, the full-time Director of Finance Strategy will report directly to the CEO, focusing on financial planning, controllership, and billing operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Create visibility into financial metrics, including budgets and forecasts, while collaborating with a Fractional CFO
• Oversee accounting and tax processes, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
• Manage end-to-end billing and collections, driving improvements in revenue cycle performance and cross-functional collaboration

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in finance or strategy leadership roles, including 2+ years in an early-stage startup environment
• Experience building financial models and operating financial systems from the ground up
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, particularly in MSO/PC corporate structures
• 4+ years of people management experience
• Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and at a detailed execution level
