Director of Finance Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Product Owner, Finance, HR & Legal Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of IT professionals to foster collaboration and innovation
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of the Global ERP (Microsoft D365) platform
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements and development roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP experience, including 3+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Deep understanding of core finance processes and demonstrated experience in translating business needs into system requirements
• Proven experience managing teams of 5-8 IT professionals
