Director of Finance Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance Systems to lead the modernization of its Finance technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the multi-year roadmap for Finance systems, focusing on modernization, automation, and scalability
• Manage the Finance technology stack, ensuring data integrity and high-quality delivery of enhancements and projects
• Act as a liaison between Finance, Engineering, Salesforce, and Integration teams to align priorities and communicate effectively

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Finance systems or related operational technology roles
• Deep expertise with Oracle Fusion Financials and related modules
• Strong understanding of core Finance processes and their integration into system architecture
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional programs in an enterprise environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
