Director of Finance Transformation

Job Summary

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the full-time remote Director of Finance Transformation will manage finance transformation initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and support strategic execution priorities within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CFO in managing finance transformation and strategic initiative workstreams, including timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure project milestones and action items are tracked and completed
• Prepare executive-level status updates, documenting progress, risks, and required decisions for senior stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or PMP preferred
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in consulting, finance transformation, or project management
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to build workplans and track milestones
