Job Summary

Leading a specialized financial analytics team, the full-time Director of Financial Performance Analytics will drive financial performance optimization through advanced data analysis, modeling, and decision support while collaborating across departments and mentoring team members in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective project management
• Develop and maintain analytical models and reporting systems to provide actionable insights and streamline financial analysis
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement, collaborating with various departments to drive performance initiatives

Required qualifications

• Eight years of experience in finance, analytics, or operational decision support
• Four years of demonstrated leadership experience overseeing teams or projects
• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
