Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance financial counseling services across hospital operations and outpatient clinics
• Oversee patient-centric financial counseling processes and ensure counselors educate patients on financial responsibilities and options
• Manage day-to-day operations, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with financial counseling regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, English, history, political science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a management position
• Proven experience in program/workflow design and Medicaid eligibility
• Knowledge of insurance and claims processes
• Master's degree preferred, with 10 years of experience being advantageous
