Director of Financial Operations

Job Summary

Leading core financial operations, the fully remote Director of Financial Operations will manage credit and risk mitigation, accounts payable, and cash posting while ensuring strong operational controls and effective financial processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization's credit strategy and risk mitigation framework, establishing credit policies and monitoring credit metrics
• Direct all accounts payable operations, ensuring timely processing of invoices and maintaining strong internal controls
• Manage the cash posting team to ensure accurate application of customer payments and support daily cash positioning and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ten or more years of progressive experience in financial operations with leadership experience in credit, accounts payable, and cash application
• Strong knowledge of credit risk management, receivables, payables processes, and financial systems
• Proven ability to lead large teams and drive process improvement at scale
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Treasury, Accounting, Legal, and external vendors
