Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Services Operations & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable operational strategy across payments, lockbox, and implementation functions
• Own performance of payment operations end-to-end and lead implementation and onboarding processes
• Build and lead a high-performing operations team while driving continuous improvement across cost, accuracy, and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, BizOps, or strategy roles within a high-growth fintech or vertical SaaS environment
• Experience managing teams and building high-performance, process-driven cultures
• Demonstrated ability to scale operations while maintaining quality and compliance
• Strong process design experience, including workflow optimization and cost reduction initiatives
• Exposure to automation tools and technical tools (e.g., SQL, internal systems)
