Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, ensuring accuracy and executive-ready outputs
• Build and maintain scalable, driver-based models across revenue, margin, headcount, and cash flow
• Produce board- and sponsor-ready reporting with consistent KPIs, clear narratives, and zero material errors

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of progressive FP&A experience, including 3+ years at Director/Senior Manager level in high-growth or PE-backed environments
• Expertise in building sophisticated driver-based financial models for SaaS or recurring revenue businesses
• Hands-on ownership of FP&A planning platforms, with implementation experience preferred
• Deep fluency in SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, cohort analysis, unit economics) and advanced financial modeling
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to extract and analyze financial and operational data independently
