Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidated budget and re-forecasting process, providing strategic performance insights to executive leadership
• Guide the production and analysis of comprehensive management reports, delivering trend analysis and variance reporting
• Oversee the development of cost allocation management frameworks and lead internal finance process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of public company experience in FP&A roles
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a public or large company FP&A environment
• 5+ years of experience leading comprehensive budgeting and planning processes
• Expert proficiency in building and enhancing core FP&A tools and systems
• 5+ years of demonstrated mastery in analytical and financial modeling skills
