Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

Leading financial planning and analysis efforts for the Industrial Strategic Business Unit, the full-time hybrid Director of Financial Planning will manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
• Monitor financial performance, analyze results, and initiate corrective actions as needed
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports and updates to senior management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in accounting and financial planning & analysis within a publicly traded manufacturing company
• 5+ years of management experience with a strong understanding of P&L ownership
• Expertise in large enterprise financial systems such as SAP, One Stream, or HFM
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams while effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels
