Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

Leading the long-range budget and financial planning process, the full-time Director of Financial Planning will develop financial and strategic analysis, support executive leadership, and manage special projects in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and maintain overall responsibility for the long-range 5-year planning model, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Create succinct financial analysis and reports to communicate relevant financial information for effective decision-making
• Drive effective reporting and analysis requirements for long-range plans and transition them into the annual budget process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent relevant experience
• 7+ years of financial planning/analysis experience
• MBA, CPA, or public accounting experience preferred
• Strong budgeting, analysis, reporting, and management experience required
• Expertise in Excel and Hyperion Planning software preferred
