Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions
• Drive the annual budgeting process and collaborate with business leaders
• Analyze financial results, identify variances, and provide actionable insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software
• Strong leadership and team management skills
