Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions
- Drive the annual budgeting process and collaborate with business leaders
- Analyze financial results, identify variances, and provide actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools
- Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software
- Strong leadership and team management skills
