Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and enhance forecasting and reporting processes, including financial analysis and executive presentations
• Analyze key performance indicators and communicate financial results to senior management for strategic decision-making
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team while partnering with stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Investor Relations, investment banking, consulting, or private equity
• Extensive financial modeling experience
• Experience with financial systems; Adaptive experience is a plus
• FinTech experience is a plus
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
