Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, FP&A to lead revenue financial modeling and forecasting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead revenue financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Develop strategic partnerships with marketing, content, and analytics teams to provide actionable insights
• Manage and grow a high-performing FP&A team while aligning activities with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting in direct-to-consumer or subscription businesses
• Exceptional leadership skills and experience managing teams in dynamic environments
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets for financial analysis
• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field; MBA is a plus
