Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models across key financial statements
• Deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions through variance analyses and KPI tracking

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or strategic finance roles, preferably in fintech or crypto
• Proven ability to lead financial planning efforts in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with BI tools and planning software
• Deep understanding of modern fintech and crypto trends, business models, and operational metrics
