Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for its Software Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the SaaS business unit
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management to drive business performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Understanding of revenue recognition in a SaaS environment and industry KPIs
• Proficiency in creating detailed budgets and forecasts that align with strategic goals
• Advanced skills in building and maintaining financial models to simulate various business scenarios
