Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and presentation of monthly management reporting packages and executive-level materials
• Optimize and automate core FP&A processes and systems, enhancing efficiency and accuracy
• Drive the annual strategic planning cycle, monthly reporting, and financial analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in PE-backed environments
• Hands-on strategic leadership experience in dynamic environments
• Experience in professional services, media, technology, education, or SaaS environments
• Expert level financial modeling abilities with superior Excel skills
• Solid grasp of GAAP and financial statements, with experience in ERP and business analytic technology
