Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the FP&A function, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Manage financial operations for external clients, focusing on margin optimization and compliance with 340B regulations
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to assess financial impacts and drive performance improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with 5+ years in a finance leadership role in healthcare
• Extensive experience in financial planning across multi-site healthcare operations
• Strong background in financial modeling and presenting business cases to senior leaders
