Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve company-wide planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Partner with department leaders to develop financial plans aligned with strategic goals
• Provide monthly reporting packages and dashboards to track financial performance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in SaaS FP&A roles
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and financial storytelling skills
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
