Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A and Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans aligned with strategic objectives
• Provide insightful analysis of financial performance and prepare regular financial reports
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
• Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
