Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the annual planning process, including five-year plans and budgets
• Partner with business units to assess financial performance and implement action plans
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and investor relations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of ten years' experience in financial planning and analysis
• Minimum of five years of people leadership experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a changing environment
