A company is looking for a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to drive annual planning processes, including budgets and company strategy
• Partner with business units to analyze financial performance and implement action plans
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and investor relations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of ten years' experience in financial planning and analysis
• At least five years of experience in people leadership, managing high-performing teams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and presentations
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
