Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of financial models and long-term forecasts aligned with strategic objectives
• Oversee the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment between actual results and forecasts
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance
• At least 3 years in a financial leadership role
• Experience in FP&A process improvement and Adaptive planning platform implementation required
• Strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic forecasting
