Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A team in financial monitoring, annual budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Develop and communicate the process for budgets and forecasts, ensuring adherence to guidelines
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to the Chief Financial Officer

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance preferred; at least five years of supervisory experience
• Strong familiarity with GAAP and nonprofit accounting principles
• High proficiency in financial applications and MS Excel
• Experience presenting to senior management and board members
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
