Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead strategic financial partnership and drive forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, forecasting, and long-range planning processes while providing financial modeling support
• Deliver timely and insightful financial reporting, including variance analysis and future spend projections
• Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting packages, presenting performance drivers and risks to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8-10+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or project-based financial environments
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise with the ability to analyze complex datasets
• Proven experience in developing executive-level financial presentations in PowerPoint
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
