Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and capital deployment
• Lead variance analysis and collaborate with leadership on financial reporting and insights

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields
• Proven track record in company-level planning and financial modeling
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and enterprise value drivers
• Experience supporting executive teams and investors with financial analysis
• Prior experience hiring and leading an FP&A team is preferred
