Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the company's annual operating plan, quarterly forecast process, and long-range planning model
• Lead monthly business reviews and executive reporting, including KPI dashboards and variance analysis
• Partner with functional leaders to build budget ownership and support headcount and investment decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
• Prior experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business
• Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis skills
• Experience building and scaling planning processes in a growth environment
