Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain financial models for revenue and cash flow
• Deliver monthly financial reporting with variance analysis and actionable insights
• Partner with various departments to align financial plans with business priorities and prepare board-level reporting materials

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and key financial metrics
• Experience in building and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with BI tools is a plus
• Experience with board reporting and executive-level presentations is preferred
