Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
• Lead the annual operating plan and rolling forecast processes, improving forecast accuracy
• Prepare executive reporting packages and strengthen cash flow forecasting

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A experience in a private equity-backed SaaS organization
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in three-statement financial models
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and subscription-based revenue models
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
• Experience with predictive analytics and AI-driven tools for forecasting
