Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual SG&A budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Analyze strategic projects and develop financial models to support new market opportunities
• Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, promoting continuous improvement and professional development

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of finance and/or budget experience
• At least 5 years of experience managing a finance/budget team
• Bachelor of Science in Business or Accounting preferred
• Strong understanding of data architecture and integration between ERP, EPM, and BI tools
• Hands-on experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
