Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the annual budget and monthly forecast processes across all channels and departments
• Identify and implement process improvements with an AI-first mindset to enhance efficiency and insights
• Develop partnerships with business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights and support financial modeling for new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• 10+ years of progressively responsible FP&A experience
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve processes and automate workflows
• Strong command of corporate finance and accounting principles
• Experience in a multi-unit retail environment with an online presence
