Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FP&A, Director to lead the financial planning and analysis function.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning to align with strategic objectives
• Build and maintain an integrated financial model connecting revenue, margins, and expenses
• Serve as a finance partner to executive leadership, providing analyses and recommendations for strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, particularly in B2B SaaS environments
• Experience in company-level planning and forecasting
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, including complex models
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
