Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's end-to-end planning process, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely delivery
• Design and maintain the capital allocation framework to guide resource deployment across business initiatives
• Define performance measurement standards and build financial models to support strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
• 3+ years of direct people management experience with a focus on developing high-performing teams
• Exceptional financial modeling skills with the ability to build and review complex models
• Strong understanding of planning processes, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation frameworks
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a bias toward action
