Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the annual budgeting process and manage monthly and quarterly forecasting
• Develop and maintain departmental P&Ls while partnering with business leaders on financial performance
• Prepare executive and board-level financial materials, including variance analysis and strategic insights

Required Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with leadership experience
• Strong experience in budgeting and forecasting in a multi-department environment
• Deep understanding of financial statements, particularly P&L management
• Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, and advanced Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
